The Brownell Talbot Masters and Adult Fitness Swim Program is a year-round adult swim program designed for swimmers of all abilities. It is part of the Nebraska Swimming LSMC.

The focus is improvement. Improve stroke. Improve health. Improve fitness. Any one or all three, it's your choice.

Tri-athletes are definitely welcome. Competitions and meets are available, but not required. To participate in the program you must be 18 years of age. We accept athletes from beginners (able to comfortably swim 4 lengths of the pool, speed not required) to advanced levels and gear our program to multiple abilities.

Please Note: This is not an Adult Swim Lesson Program.

1. Everyone’s US Masters Registration must be up-to-date. You can do this below on this page.
2. All master swimmers must sign up to reserve lanes on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not book lanes if you do not plan on attending and cancel if you are unable to make the practice you signed up for. For the sign-up link, please email Coach Jimmy at jimmy.parmenter@brownell.edu.
